Network Monitoring Engineer (Ref. 32310)

These tasks will be assigned to you:

• Assist in designing and deploying the ThousandEyes network monitoring system across multiple network environments
• Identification and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous network performance improvements
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to effectively integrate monitoring solutions
• Provision of comprehensive reports on network health, performance metrics, and trend analysis
• Development and implementation of automated alerts and notifications for proactive network issue resolution
• Development of strategies for improved network service quality and customer satisfaction

These are the skills you possess:

• Several years of professional experience in network monitoring and management, with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures
• Very good expertise in utilizing ThousandEyes or similar network monitoring tools
• In-depth knowledge of SDN (Software Defined Networking) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Very good command of English (at least B2) 
• Your own Company (Contract only via B2B)
