Diese Tätigkeiten kommen auf Dich zu:

• Further develop the WAN portfolio with a focus on Cloud Network connectivity
• Maintain end-to-end responsibility for WAN service portfolio elements of Cloud Network Connectivity
• Define and document service-specific processes, adhering to central guidelines for process design
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service requirements
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Das bringst Du mit:

• Several years of professional experience in network management, preferably with a focus on software-defined networks and cloud architectures
• Implementation of a cloud connectivity solution with proactive management by a provider
• Extensive knowledge in SDN (Software Defined Networking), cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), and cloud network connectivity solutions
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
